You acknowledge that:

  • Not every medication can be removed from its original packaging.

We may:

  • Limit product quantities

  • Limit sales by customer or location

  • Discontinue a product

  • Change available colours or models

  • Cancel an unavailable item

  • Cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled

If a paid product becomes unavailable, we may refund the unavailable item, offer an alternative with your approval or cancel and refund the affected order.

Applicable costs may include:

  • Product price

  • Sales tax

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage charges

  • Other fees disclosed before checkout

We aim to display mandatory charges before you submit payment.

We are not obligated to complete an order at an obviously incorrect price when the error is identified before fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

12. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may refuse, limit, hold or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.

International customers may also be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Value-added taxes

  • Brokerage fees

Risk relating to delivery will be handled according to applicable law, carrier records and the circumstances of the order.

17. Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must generally be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Complete with all components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or used personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable law.
